CVE-2025-0276Network attack vector

User-action manipulation via permissive content sources

Published Oct 16, 2025 · Updated Oct 16, 2025

Cross-site scripting in HCL BigFix Modern Client Management 3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to manipulate user actions via web content. The product's Content Security Policy permits insecure script or content sources instead of restricting them, weakening the browser control that constrains injected content. Reachability requires a user to encounter attacker-influenced content, but HCL does not identify the affected directive, page, request, or exact resulting action.
