CVE-2025-0274Network attack vector

Unauthenticated service interruption via exposed endpoint actions

Published Oct 16, 2025 · Updated Oct 16, 2025

Missing authentication in HCL BigFix Modern Client Management 3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to access endpoint actions. HCL discloses only that access control is absent for a small subset of endpoint actions and has not identified the affected request handlers or authentication check. No credentials or user interaction are required; invoking the exposed actions can reach select internal functions and interrupt service, while no data disclosure or modification is reported.
