CVE-2025-0249Network attack vector

Unauthorized data access via persistent JWT token

Published Jul 24, 2025 · Updated Jul 25, 2025

Improper token invalidation in HCL IEM 1.2 allows remote authenticated users to retain unauthorized access to sensitive data. HCL states that an access or JWT token remains valid when the application should invalidate it, but does not identify the endpoint or code path. The CNA's high-privilege, high-complexity assessment indicates that privileged access and additional conditions are required; confidentiality and integrity effects are limited.
