Printing interruption via improper image-rendering memory release

Out-of-bounds write in Canon Generic PCL6, UFR II, and LIPSLX V4 Printer Drivers 2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt printing. Improper memory release during image rendering permits an out-of-bounds write while the driver processes a crafted XPS document. Exploitation requires the crafted document to be printed; Canon reports that normal XPS documents are unaffected and that the flaw neither exposes nor alters data.
