Unauthenticated SQL injection via course_name parameter
Published Jan 5, 2025 · Updated Jan 6, 2025
SQL injection in Codezips Project Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through course_name. The /pages/forms/course.php handler passes the HTTP POST course_name value into an SQL statement without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling boolean-, error-, and time-based injection. No login or authorization is required; demonstrated payloads support database disclosure, modification, deletion, and query-delay effects.
