Server hang via oversized upload filename

Denial of service in ChuanhuChatGPT 20240914 allows remote authenticated users to hang the server via a crafted file upload. The file upload handler processes multipart form-data filenames without an effective length or resource bound, so an excessively large filename overwhelms the service. A valid low-privilege session and network access to the upload feature are required; successful requests make the application unresponsive to legitimate users.
