CVE-2025-0187Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Application hang via oversized multipart filename

Published Mar 20, 2025 · Updated Mar 20, 2025

Denial of service in Gradio 0.39.1 allows remote attackers to hang a web application by uploading multipart form data with a huge filename. The file-upload request path accepts an excessively long multipart filename without an effective size bound, exhausting server processing capacity. A network-reachable upload endpoint is required; successful exploitation makes the application unresponsive without reported data access or modification.
