Command injection in Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR Broker VM before 26.100.3 allows local users to execute arbitrary OS commands as root. Palo Alto Networks has not disclosed the affected function, input field, or command-construction error. A valid Broker VM account is required; no special configuration is needed, and successful exploitation grants control of the appliance host.
