CVE-2025-0109Network attack vector

Unauthenticated file deletion via attacker-controlled paths

Published Feb 12, 2025 · Updated Feb 25, 2025

File deletion in Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS 10.1, 10.2, 11.1, and 11.2 allows remote attackers to delete limited files through the web interface. The management web interface uses an attacker-controlled file name or path to remove selected logs and configuration files as the nobody user. Network access to that interface is required; system files are excluded, and Cloud NGFW and Prisma Access are unaffected.
