Unauthenticated PHP access via proxy path confusion

Authentication bypass in the PAN-OS management web interface allows remote attackers to invoke protected PHP scripts without credentials. Nginx disables its authentication-check header for an apparently unauthenticated path, then Apache internally rewrites and double-decodes the request so PHP resolves a protected script under the authentication-disabled header. Network access to the management interface is required; successful requests can read or alter management data, but this flaw alone does not execute code or interrupt service.
