Authenticated service interruption via 32-bit time overflow

Integer overflow in affected WAGO controller firmware allows remote authenticated users to interrupt functions by setting the device date to 2038. The firmware represents time as signed 32-bit seconds and accepts a date beyond the January 19, 2038 limit, causing the counter to overflow into a negative value. Low-privilege access is sufficient, and resulting functions can behave unexpectedly or stop both during runtime and after a restart.
