Protected-memory access via unchecked CSU pointers

Improper address validation in AMD Zynq UltraScale+ PMU Firmware allows local users to read or write protected memory through CSU services. PMU Firmware accepts memory pointers from inter-processor-interrupt messages and forwards them to CSU operations without checking the requester's permitted address ranges. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access to IPI messaging and enabled CSU runtime services, enabling protected-memory disclosure or modification within the device.
