Service crash via unchecked XCLBIN section count

Integer overflow in the XOCL driver in AMD Xilinx Runtime before 2025.1 allows local users to trigger a crash via a crafted XCLBIN. The XCLBIN loader multiplies an attacker-controlled section count when calculating the allocation size without first enforcing an upper bound, allowing the arithmetic to wrap before user data is copied. Reaching the flaw requires local access to an interface that accepts XCLBIN data; the bounded consequence is a crash or service interruption.
