Wi-Fi credential disclosure via plaintext firmware storage

Cleartext credential storage in Signify Philips smart lighting firmware before 1.33.1 allows physically proximate attackers to obtain Wi-Fi credentials. Device firmware stores the configured network credentials as plaintext binary data rather than protecting them at rest. Physical possession is required to extract and analyze the firmware; disclosure grants access to the associated Wi-Fi network.
