Passkey account takeover via navigable FIDO intents

Privilege escalation in Google Chrome on Android before 130.0.6723.58 allows local users to hijack passkey sessions via crafted pages. WebAuthentication permits an attacker-controlled page to navigate to a FIDO intent, causing the passkey manager to service the attacker's cross-device request. Exploitation requires an attacker device within Bluetooth range and a victim to open the page and approve the passkey prompt, after which the attacker gains the victim's relying-party session.
