Unauthenticated file disclosure via unchecked download path

Path traversal in RedefiningTheWeb PDF Generator for WordPress Elementor 2.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read server files. The rtw_pgaepb_dwnld_pdf() handler processes the user-controlled rtw_pdf_file value as a file path without rejecting encoded parent-directory segments. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposure is limited to files readable by the WordPress PHP process.
