Unauthenticated file read and deletion via path parameters

Absolute path traversal in HGiga OAKlouds webbase before 1162 allows remote attackers to download and delete arbitrary system files. The affected download functionality accepts attacker-controlled absolute file paths in request parameters and serves the referenced file without authentication, then deletes it after download. Network access to the exposed portal is sufficient; file disclosure is immediate, and the post-download deletion can remove system data.
