Authenticated arbitrary SQL execution via unfiltered input

SQL injection in RunSql in UsualTool UTCMS V9 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL through the sql parameter. RunSql passes the submitted sql value to the database without filtering or restricting permitted statement types. Backend access is required; successful requests can read or alter application data and database structures without returning query results.
