Database disclosure via injectable inventory identifier
Published Oct 13, 2024 · Updated Oct 17, 2024
SQL injection in Online Eyewear Shop Website 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read backend database data through the inventory id parameter. The admin inventory view treats SQL syntax embedded in the id query parameter as part of its backend query instead of only as an inventory identifier. A valid admin-panel session is required, and successful exploitation exposes sensitive database records; public evidence does not establish arbitrary writes or service interruption.
