Cross-site scripting in LocalAI before 2.22.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser through crafted search content. The gallery searchableElement and cardSpan helpers passed model text directly to element text nodes without the strict Bluemonday sanitization added by the patch. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires victim interaction; executed script can read browser-accessible session data or alter the rendered page.
