Forced plugin changes via unvalidated authenticated requests
Published Mar 20, 2025 · Updated Mar 20, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in FlatPress before 1.4.dev allows remote attackers to enable or disable plugins via a crafted link. The plugin-management action trusts the victim's authenticated request and changes plugin state without a per-request anti-CSRF check. An authenticated administrator must open attacker-controlled content, after which plugins can be activated or deactivated under that session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
