Arbitrary folder creation via incorrect permissions

Incorrect permissions in Ivanti Secure Access Client before 22.7R4 allow local users to create arbitrary folders on Windows systems. Ivanti has not disclosed the affected file-system locus or the operation that applies the incorrect permissions to attacker-selected folder paths. A locally authenticated, low-privileged account is required; folder creation crosses a security boundary and can affect integrity and availability.
