Database disclosure via unescaped link import
Published May 15, 2025 · Updated May 16, 2025
SQL injection in Lucian Apostol Auto Affiliate Links before 6.4.7 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via link import. The Import Links workflow inserts a crafted URL value from an uploaded comma-separated file into an SQL statement without sanitization, escaping, or parameter binding. Administrator-level WordPress access and a deliberately uploaded import file are required; the demonstrated impacts are time-based query execution and database disclosure.
