Authenticated data disclosure via unchecked download handlers

Missing authorization in EventPrime Events Download Plugin 2.2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to download private data. The dpwap_handle_download_user and dpwap_handle_download_comment handlers export comments and arbitrary users' metadata without capability checks. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, exposing PII, password hashes, application passwords, and session-token data present in the installation.
