IDOR in Chef Habitat Builder before habitat/builder-api/10315/20240913162802 allows remote authenticated users to delete personal tokens. The builder-api token-deletion operation fails to verify that the referenced personal token belongs to the authenticated requester. Any authenticated account can target another user's token, causing unauthorized credential revocation and interrupting that user's API access.

What happened
