Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized category parameter
Published Oct 10, 2024 · Updated Oct 11, 2024
SQL injection in product/register.php in Codezips Pharmacy Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries. The category POST parameter is inserted directly into a MySQL query without sanitization or parameter binding, enabling time-based blind injection. No authentication is required; successful exploitation exposes a database timing oracle and permits unauthorized reads or writes within the application's database privileges.
