Reflected XSS in sort2_user.php in SourceCodester Record Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script via qualification. The endpoint returns the qualification POST value in HTML without neutralizing injected markup, causing supplied script elements to execute. A valid application session and victim interaction are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled script in the victim's browser context.
