Client-side code execution via unescaped Harbor project name

Command injection in GitLab EE 14.9 through 17.8.5, 17.9 through 17.9.2, and 17.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to run code. The Harbor integration inserts an unescaped, server-supplied project name into generated docker pull and build commands displayed for copying. A maintainer must configure a malicious Harbor project name, and a victim must copy and execute a displayed command for shell code to run on the victim workstation.
