Stored XSS via unescaped account link format

Stored XSS in WP-Recall before 16.26.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in visitors' browsers through a saved setting. The personal-account link-format setting accepts an HTML-breaking payload and later renders the saved value on the account page without output escaping. Administrator privileges are required, unfiltered_html must be disallowed, and a visitor must open the account page; execution is confined to that browser session.
