Transmitter reboot via unprotected doreboot endpoint

Improper access control in VIMESA VHF/FM Transmitter Blue Plus 9.7.1 allows remote attackers to reboot the transmitter via an HTTP request. The web interface exposes the doreboot endpoint without an authentication or authorization check and executes its reboot operation on a GET request. Network access to the management interface is sufficient, and exploitation interrupts broadcast operations while the transmitter restarts.
