Server crash via overlapping memcpy arguments

Out-of-bounds memory operations in FreyrSCADA IEC 60870-5-104 server 21.06.008 allow remote attackers to crash the server. The libx86_x64-iec104.a library passes overlapping source and destination regions to memcpy while processing specific replayed IEC 104 message sequences, triggering memcpy-param-overlap and a segmentation fault. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient, and the demonstrated consequence is process termination rather than data disclosure or modification.
