Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG uploads
Published Oct 12, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in AZEXO Mynx Page Builder 0.27.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through SVG uploads. The upload path accepts SVG content without sufficient input sanitization, and the retrieval path serves it without adequate output escaping. Author-level access or higher is required; injected code executes in the browser of anyone who accesses the uploaded SVG, enabling page-context data access or modification.
