Secret disclosure via ignored endpoint masking settings

Sensitive-data exposure in Quarkus CXF before 3.15.2 allows attackers with log access to read SOAP secrets from application logs. LoggingFactoryCustomizer applies only global masking settings to LoggingFeature and ignores per-client or per-endpoint sensitive-element and protocol-header lists. Exposure requires SOAP payload logging, client or endpoint masking properties, and access to the resulting application log.
