Information disclosure in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform with EDA before 2.4 allows attackers to read sensitive data in transit or storage. The EDA component sends sensitive data to the platform and persists it in EDA and platform databases without encryption. Remote attackers with access to the interservice network can sniff the traffic, while local users with system or database access can read stored plaintext; no data modification or service interruption is reported.
