Stored XSS via unescaped taxonomy meta name

Stored XSS in amu02aftab Category and Taxonomy Meta Fields 1.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The wpaft_option_page function stores the new_meta_name value without sufficient sanitization and later renders the attribute without output escaping. Administrator privileges are required, and the flaw is reachable only on multisite installations or where unfiltered_html is disabled; viewing an injected page executes the stored script.
