Cross-organization resource access via Migration Assistant
Published Nov 13, 2024 · Updated Nov 23, 2025
Privilege escalation in Grafana 11.2.0 through 11.2.3 and 11.3.0 allows local users to read resources from other organizations. The Cloud Migration Assistant lists and migrates every instance resource without restricting results to the user's organization or role. Exploitation requires an administrator-enabled onPremToCloudMigrations feature toggle and an instance that uses Organizations for isolation.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=11.2.0 <11.2.3+security-01
