Stored cross-site scripting in Basticom Framework 1.5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through SVG uploads. The plugin’s SVG upload path accepts active SVG markup without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping, allowing a browser to interpret embedded script when the uploaded file is opened. Author-level access or higher is required, and execution occurs in the context of a user who accesses the stored SVG file.
