CVE-2024-9431Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Account takeover via unverified password changes

Published Mar 20, 2025 · Updated Oct 15, 2025

Unverified password changes in SuperAGI 0.0.14 allow remote authenticated users to take over other users' accounts. The password-change function lets a logged-in user replace another user's password without verifying that the requester owns the target account. Any valid user session is sufficient; the resulting password change grants control of the targeted account, while no unauthenticated path is reported.
