Account takeover via unguarded release-asset redirect

Open redirect in the releases API of GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users to send victims to attacker-controlled sites. The release-asset download route follows an attacker-supplied external asset URL without the warning interstitial used by the UI. Exploitation requires low-privileged project access to create the link and user interaction; a crafted sign-in flow exposes OAuth codes and tokens, enabling account takeover.
