Reflected XSS via unescaped action parameter
Published Oct 18, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in Parcel Pro 1.8.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts through the action parameter. The plugin's admin/class-parcelpro-admin.php code handles that parameter without sufficient input sanitization and output escaping before rendering it in a page. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated attacker to persuade a user to open a crafted link, after which the script runs in that user's browser context.
