Reflected XSS via unescaped remove_query_arg URL

Reflected XSS in WPMU DEV Branda 3.4.21 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts in a user's browser through a crafted URL. In class-branda-admin.php, a URL returned by remove_query_arg is inserted into an anchor destination without appropriate escaping. Exploitation requires no account but requires a user to follow the attacker-supplied link; execution remains in the victim's browser context.
