Unauthenticated inquiry disclosure via unchecked identifier

Improper access control in SourceCodester Online Railway Reservation System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read submitted inquiries. The /admin/inquiries/view_details.php endpoint accepts an attacker-controlled id value and returns the corresponding inquiry without verifying administrative authorization. No authentication or user interaction is required; changing sequential identifiers discloses inquiry details but does not modify them.
