Unauthenticated redirection to attacker-controlled websites
Published Mar 20, 2025 · Updated Mar 20, 2025
Open redirect in Haotian Liu LLaVA 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to use unauthenticated crafted URLs to redirect users to arbitrary sites. The public disclosure does not identify the affected route or function, or explain which URL value is accepted without validation. A target must follow the attacker-supplied URL; the resulting off-site navigation supports phishing, malware delivery, or credential theft but does not directly compromise the LLaVA server.
