Page publication via tokenless forged POST

Cross-site request forgery in MiniCMS 1.11 allows remote attackers to publish a page through a logged-in administrator's browser. The mc-admin/page-edit.php handler accepts page title, content, path, and publish state in a POST request without a request-bound CSRF token. Exploitation requires an administrator to remain authenticated and submit an attacker-controlled form, after which chosen page content is written and published.
