Remote code execution via unauthenticated plugin installation

Missing authorization in Wpmet GutenKit 2.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to install and activate arbitrary WordPress plugins. The install-active-plugin REST route accepts unauthenticated requests because its permission callback returns true, then downloads and unpacks an attacker-supplied plugin URL. No account or user interaction is required, and an installed PHP plugin executes in the WordPress server context, enabling site takeover.
