Stored script execution via unescaped transcript URL

Stored cross-site scripting in Blubrry PowerPress before 11.9.18 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through a transcript URL. The podcast episode editor stores a crafted Transcription URL and later renders it as a link without sanitizing the value or escaping its HTML attributes. Author-level access to create a post and a victim's interaction with the rendered transcript link are required, after which the script runs in the victim's browser context.
