Email service interruption via unlimited password resets

Improper interaction-frequency control in Clibo Manager 1.1.9.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt email service via password-reset requests. The unauthenticated forgot-password workflow accepts repeated reset requests without limiting the emails sent to the supplied victim address. No account access or user interaction is required, and rapid requests flood the victim's mailbox with reset messages.
