Authenticated database compromise via REST API SQL injection

SQL injection in affected Octopus Server 2024.1, 2024.2, and 2024.3 builds allows remote authenticated users to alter database data. Octopus Deploy identifies the REST API as the locus but has not published the affected endpoint, parameter, or faulty query construction. An authenticated account is normally required, while enabled Guest access makes a shared read-only account available without individual credentials.
