Privilege escalation in Synaptics Audio Driver packages containing CxUIUSvc32.exe or CxUIUSvc64.exe allows local users to run privileged code. The CxUIUSvc service creates a named pipe without a restrictive security descriptor and loads a DLL path from a client message. Any locally authenticated low-privileged user who can connect to the pipe can execute the supplied DLL inside the elevated service process.
