BGP routing interruption via peer-flap memory leak

Memory leak in BGP Link State in Arista EOS affected releases allows remote attackers to terminate BGP routing processing. Repeated BGP peer flaps cause the BGP agent to retain memory instead of releasing it, eventually exhausting resources and terminating routing processing. Exposure requires BGP Link State with an activated neighbor; loss of BGP processing causes route flapping without reported data disclosure or modification.
